Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our clinical team. As a BCBA at Action Behavior Centers, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with ASD, leading a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborating with families to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD
  • Lead and supervise a team of RBTs to deliver ABA therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with families to understand their child's needs and goals
  • Conduct assessments and data collection to inform treatment decisions
  • Provide training and guidance to RBTs on ABA techniques and strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligible for certification
  • Experience working with children with ASD and their families
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
