Client Advisory Associate

Pathstone is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Advisory Associate to join our team. As a Client Advisory Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the Client Advisory Team in all aspects of client service and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Client Advisory Team in completing account applications, preparing fund subscription documents, and maintaining accounting and reporting records.
  • Collaborate with client teams to process money movements and execute trades within accounts, while following the process through in tandem with the firm's Capital Markets Group.
  • Manage task flow and record keeping inside our firm's CRM, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in the financial management industry, specifically Client Operations and Administration, and past full-time office experience is a plus, but not required for recent graduates
  • Basic understanding of investments, including mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and alternative investments
  • Solid analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and client service skills
  • Detail-oriented and ability to handle time-sensitive issues
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly Excel
  • A positive attitude and initiative in all aspects of the position
  • The ability to prioritize tasks in the face of competing demands
  • Engaged in learning and growing, and motivated to take on new challenges
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
