Job Overview
AECOM is seeking skilled FEMA Housing Inspection Supervisors to enhance the effectiveness of Individual Assistance inspection services under Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) contracts.
The aim of this service is to assist communities both within the continental United States and overseas in effectively managing their post-disaster processes to secure essential Individual Assistance funding during critical times.
Role Responsibilities:
The FEMA Housing Inspection Supervisor will collaborate closely with the AECOM Capture Team and Delivery PMO, sharing expertise in best practices and lessons learned for program execution, which may encompass the following tasks:
- Offer insights on the service delivery model
- Share best practices and lessons learned
- Guide the enhancement of the operational framework
- Act as an internal and external authority on customer-centric housing inspections
If selected, this position will initially be part-time and casual, operating on an on-call basis, with the potential to transition to full-time status upon contract award.
