Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Assistant II to join our team at Baptist Memorial Health Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care duties as assigned under the direction of licensed nursing personnel.
  • Assist in the performance of procedures for the patient population served in a manner that is consistent with established policies and procedures.
  • Ensure patient safety and well-being at all times.
  • Participate in ongoing educational activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Complete assigned goals and objectives to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Minimum of CPR and CNA certification.
  • Computer literacy and ability to use electronic medical records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
