Outside Sales Manager

Are you a motivated and driven sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment? We are seeking an Outside Sales Manager to join our team at Tranquility Financial. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for leading daily in-person sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses in your territory, building strong professional relationships, and identifying and cultivating professional contact with key decision makers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 10 years of professional work experience
  • Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain)

The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent leadership and mentoring skills, and the ability to strategically plan and execute. Our salary for this position is $100,000 - $160,000 per year, with bonuses and commission eligibility upon start.
