About the Role:
The Associate Client Relationship Manager (ACRM) plays a critical role in supporting the firm's business objectives and contributing to market profitability and revenue growth. This position is responsible for ensuring client service expectations are met and exceeded, while balancing risk and exposure to the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote client satisfaction while managing risk and exposure for Merrill.
- Review and approve client documents and transactions as delegated by the Office Management Team (OMT).
- Participate in the management and training of Client Associates and Service Support Staff.
- Develop knowledge of Merrill products and services, trend analysis, risk assessment, and industry knowledge.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, client-centric individual with or able to obtain Series 7 (SIE, 7 Top-Off) and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) licenses.
- Strong client service and communication skills.
- Minimum 3-5 years of financial services experience preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory, supervisory, and corporate policies and procedures.
- Investment product knowledge.
- Good organizational skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
