Imperial Dade is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating collections, cash receipts posting, credit card payment processing, and assisting with billing when needed.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the collections team in resolving shortfalls and skips
- Update account information for all customers
- Manage customer calls and process credit card payments
- Develop strong relationships with sales teams, customer service, A/R staff, and other departments
- Recommend accounts for final demand or collections letters
- Separate and process all tickets and invoices
- Billing shipments and charging freight on required shipments
- Review exception reports and unbilled 'pick ticket' reports
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in Credit or Accounts Receivables
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and especially Excel
