Job Overview

The Nursing Excellence Coordinator possesses advanced knowledge of patient care and the skills necessary for effective management. This role involves coordinating efforts to enhance the quality of care provided by our team of dedicated nurses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in leadership or coordination roles. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and basic life support certification are required. Specialty nursing certifications are also preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
  • Coordinate efforts to enhance the quality of care provided by our team of nurses
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams

We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings plans and paid time off.
