Job Summary

This role involves completing service requests in a timely manner, troubleshooting general plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance issues, and providing first-class customer service to residents and property management staff. As a Property Maintenance Technician at Enclave, you'll have the opportunity to work independently and enjoy a variety of unique assignments.

Responsibilities
  • Complete service requests in a timely manner using our online work order software
  • Troubleshoot general plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance issues
  • Provide first-class customer service to residents and property management staff
  • Organize and maintain shop inventory
  • Handle warranty work for general building upkeep
  • Assist in basic carpentry and general labor during the building turnover process
