The Youth Support Coordinator acts as a vital resource for young individuals facing significant mental health challenges, providing rehabilitative and clinical support in various environments, including community spaces, residences, and office settings.
This role involves implementing a variety of therapeutic strategies, such as Functional Support Services (FSS), Illness Management and Recovery (IMR), and crisis intervention, while adhering to rigorous departmental, organizational, and state regulations.
Working collaboratively with clients, their families, and community stakeholders, the Coordinator exemplifies professionalism and compassion, ensuring ethical practices throughout their work.
They meticulously document their interventions in line with established guidelines, maintaining a high standard of expertise.Committed to ongoing professional development, they actively engage in supervision sessions, stay informed about insurance policies and agency fees, and participate in continuous training opportunities.

- A Bachelor's Degree in human services or a related discipline such as Social Work, Psychology, or Education is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
