Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Master Training Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities and participant information.
  • Manage Training Communications: Coordinate and disseminate training-related communications to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support Event Management: Assist in planning and executing live training events, including logistics, scheduling, and ordering necessary supplies.
  • Manage Content Recency: Regularly update training materials based on best practices and project plans to ensure content remains current and effective.
  • Support LMS Training Builds: Assist in the creation and management of training modules within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Implement Content Review Plans: Develop and execute plans for the periodic review and revision of training content.
  • Coordinate Training Schedules: Work with trainers and participants to schedule training sessions and ensure optimal attendance.
  • Monitor Training Effectiveness: Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all training activities comply with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Offer general administrative support to the training team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's level education or equivalent working experience.
  • LMS Knowledge: Possess knowledge of LMS software, experience as an LMS specialist, ideal.
  • Project Coordination: Have proven work experience coordinating projects or events.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate outstanding written and communication skills with the ability to proofread, copy-edit content and coordinate document approvals.
  • Technical Skills: Have the ability to perform desktop publishing functions to format production-ready files for distribution.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate interpersonal skills- ability to network inside the company and build relationships.
  • Technical Knowledge: Be technically savvy with a willingness to become a Subject Matter Expert on our Sales Readiness Platform.
  • MS Office Suite: Demonstrate solid technical knowledge of MS Office Suite.
