Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

At MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc, we are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team in Ohio. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans on patients based on physician orders. Your primary goal will be to ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures by providing clear instructions and support. You will also collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to obtain accurate diagnostic images. Additionally, you will operate and maintain CT equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards. Your responsibilities will also include preparing patients for examinations by obtaining medical histories and explaining procedures. You will adhere to all regulatory and safety protocols and maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures and patient information.

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field. Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT (or eligibility for certification). State licensure as required by Ohio. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous clinical experience is preferred but not required.
