About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Administration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and performing administrative duties in the patient administration division of an Army hospital or other medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze data to prepare statistical reports.
  • Initiate correspondence related to medical records, medical board proceedings, and other patient administration matters.
  • Apply knowledge of medical terminology to accurately maintain patient records.
  • Develop and implement effective filing and tracking systems for medical records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing skills.
