Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients to evaluate project scope and necessary resources for successful completion;
- Develop comprehensive estimates for selected projects, including detailed reviews of proposal specifications, drawings, and other relevant information;
- Oversee the entire construction process to ensure adherence to design, budget, and schedule, while meeting both quality standards and client satisfaction (this includes collaboration with client representatives, architects, engineers, and other contractors);
- Supervise the Project Management team assigned to the site, as well as plan, coordinate, and manage onsite operations (including scheduling, engineering, and material control), and provide daily guidance to onsite administrative staff in areas such as accounting and purchasing;

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management or project engineering;
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering;
- Comprehensive understanding of all facets of construction (including technology, equipment, methods, and applicable building codes) along with company policies and standards;
- Basic knowledge of construction contract law is essential;
- Willingness to participate in safety meetings and complete required training;
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately with plans and technology;
- Proficiency in Primavera/Sure Trak scheduling, Timberline Estimating/Accounting, Prolog Manager, and Microsoft Office Suite.
