About the Role

Pavilion Construction is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a critical member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our project managers, ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a key resource for our project management teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the quality and timely completion of our projects. You will be responsible for assigning teams to projects, assessing staff strengths and weaknesses, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance staff skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor project managers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Assign teams to projects and assess staff strengths and weaknesses
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance staff skills and performance
  • Recognize and address construction process anomalies and intervene as necessary
  • Manage multiple projects and staff concurrently, monitoring company profitability and schedule
  • Recruit construction professionals and develop teams in a scalable fashion
Requirements
  • 8 years' experience working on multi-family/senior housing/hospitality projects
  • 5 years of performing the function of project manager or equivalent
  • Lead role in managing projects over $15MM
  • Competent in using MS Office Suite, online estimating software, and proprietary accounting software programs
  • Leadership positions in professional, personal, or civic roles
  • 4 years of post-graduate education (journeyman, trade school, college, etc.)
  • 3 positive and supportive client references for the past 5 years
