The Grove Estates is seeking an experienced RN to lead the nursing team of our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment center. As RN Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing management team, ensuring high-quality care delivery, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage the nursing team to ensure adequate staffing and resources.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and clinical protocols for patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, and referral sources to provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare and present reports to the PI committee and other stakeholders.
- Oversee patient satisfaction data and implement strategies to improve outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources to ensure continued business partnerships.
- Meet hospital staffing and budget benchmarks.
- BSN or MSN in Nursing with the ability to be licensed in the State of Indiana.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience managing and overseeing the nursing activities of a Level 3.3, 3.5, and 3.7 level Detoxification and Substance Use Disorder treatment facility.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and clinical protocols for patient care.
