Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our Radiology team at Johns Hopkins Medicine. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in performing diagnostic and therapeutic exams using radionuclides and radiopharmaceuticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform or assist in the performance of diagnostic or therapeutic exams using radionuclides and radiopharmaceuticals
  • Work with a wide array of patients from across the nation, providing further opportunities beyond daily clinical care, including research study support and participating in committees dedicated to safety and quality improvement
  • Collaborate with a skilled team of nurses, radiologists, and clinical support teams for scheduling, equipment maintenance, and additional patient needs
Requirements
  • High School diploma including successful completion of an approved curriculum in Nuclear Medicine Technology
  • Nuclear Medicine Technologist license by the Maryland Board of Physicians
  • ARRT or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board certified with current registration
  • CPR certification required within three months of employment
  • Requires experience normally acquired during six to twelve months of directly related work
