Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of their store department.
  • Operational planning and organization, with guidance from the Store Manager.
  • Recruit in the community and support opportunities for teammates to give back.
  • Partner with store leadership to hire a strong, inclusive team and manage workforce planning.
  • Hold team accountable for operational guidelines, brand standards, and customer service expectations.
  • Drive shrink results through compliance with safety, loss prevention, and cash-handling procedures.
  • Communicate transparently and build an engaging environment for the team.
  • Prioritize coaching and development, infusing learning into day-to-day leading.
  • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels safe and welcome.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of retail management experience or customer-focused experience.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
