Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at MJ Care Inc. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and achieve optimal physical function.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to address their needs.
- Provide direct care to patients, including therapy sessions, education, and communication with other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state license and/or certification to practice physical therapy.
- Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- 1+ year of experience in physical therapy preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in electronic medical records systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to lift and move patients as needed. The physical therapist must also be able to stand for long periods and walk between rooms.
