Job Title: Senior Signal Processing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Signal Processing Engineer to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our Physical Sciences & Systems business unit, you will be responsible for developing and implementing real-time detection, classification, localization, and tracking (DCLT) algorithms.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement multi-rate signal processing, beam-forming, direction finding for sonar systems
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team testing your contributions and analyzing performance
  • Integrate components you develop into a larger system in preparation for real-world testing and deployment
Requirements:
  • Active DoD Secret level security clearance
  • BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant discipline; plus 5 years of experience or MS plus 3 years
  • Algorithm development experience in MATLAB or Python
  • Software development experience implementing signal processing algorithms in C/C++ or other compiled languages

Relocation is eligible for those who qualify. The salary range for this role is $77,000 - $163,000. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
