Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling of customer and supplier complaints and issues
  • Development and validation of suppliers
  • Analysis of damaged parts from the field and root cause identification
  • Error analysis and definition of process and product-related corrective measures
  • Conducting and accompanying internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems
  • Management and further development of the quality management system to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Experience in quality assurance of plastic and painted parts in a manufacturing environment
  • In-depth experience in complaint handling and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of quality management systems according to ISO 9001 and ideally IATF 16949
  • Proficient use of common automotive core tools such as FMEA, 5Why, and PPAP
  • Strong quality awareness and attention to detail
  • Experience with measuring instruments and quality control processes
  • Teamwork and reliability, with the ability to work independently and responsibly
