Job Summary

The Operations Specialist - Seasonal is a key role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our seasonal tax offices. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can perform a variety of tasks, including basic maintenance repairs, delivery of supplies and materials, and assisting with the annual set up and closing of offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic building maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and repairing broken items.
  • Deliver and set up office technology, including hardware and software.
  • Transport supplies and materials to and from tax offices.
  • Assist with the annual set up and closing of seasonal tax offices, ensuring they meet brand standards.
  • Attend training sessions to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Confirm office security when leaving the premises.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic reading skills and knowledge of Outlook and other web-based programs.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to work independently.
