Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Team Manager to join our team at Gregorys Coffee. As an Assistant Team Manager, you will play a key role in supporting store operations and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include deploying baristas, delegating tasks, overseeing brand standards and the customer experience in the absence of the Store Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm and inclusive environment for your team and customers.
  • Work alongside your team to prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages.
  • Coach baristas in brand standards, food safety, and customer engagement.
  • Serve as the store brand ambassador in customer recovery and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • A Food Handler Certificate.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others.
  • Demonstrated intermediate coffee knowledge.
  • Demonstrated track record of upholding brand standards.

Location: Greenwich, CT 06830 (Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work)
