Overview


As a Management Trainee Intern with Enterprise Mobility, you'll embark on a challenging and rewarding journey that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in a fast-paced business environment.


Through our internship program, you'll gain hands-on experience in managing a fleet of vehicles, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers.


As a member of our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to the success of our business.


Responsibilities



  • Manage a fleet of vehicles and ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and coworkers to drive business growth
  • Participate in intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers

Qualifications



  • Must be a Senior, graduating by May 2025
  • Must have at least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management in the last 6 years
  • Leadership experience could include experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics or military service
  • Must have a valid US driver's license for at least 1 year
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years)
