- Operational Excellence
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and labor control

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Education and Experience
- High school education or equivalent (some formal culinary training highly desired)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a bartender, with a proven track record of success in a high-volume environment
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Computer literacy and proficiency in point-of-sale systems
- Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. on a frequent basis, push/pull up to 40 lbs., carry up to 30 lbs. for up to 100 yards, and constantly stand and walk
- Requires occasional stooping, bending, twisting, crouching, kneeling, and crawling
