Position Overview:

Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
- Current nursing license or permit to practice in the relevant state.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited program; a Master of Science in Nursing is highly preferred.
- Proven knowledge of behavioral health nursing practices and management, with experience in an inpatient setting preferred.
- Extensive understanding of nursing principles and patient care activities.
- Demonstrated effective management and supervisory skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- A minimum of three years of progressive nursing management experience in a behavioral health environment is preferred.
- Ability to plan, direct, and oversee the activities of others, demonstrating leadership that fosters a positive work environment.
