About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to lead our team of professionals in delivering exceptional patient care. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff, as well as providing guidance on clinical procedures and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and evaluate respiratory therapy staff, providing guidance and feedback to improve performance
  • Develop and implement clinical education programs for staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet individual patient needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including medication administration, ventilation settings, and oxygen saturation levels
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in respiratory care, incorporating evidence-based practice into daily operations

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care or a related field
  • Current RT licensure from the North Carolina State Board of Respiratory Care
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • At least 5 years of experience in clinical respiratory therapy, with at least 3 years in intensive care
