Business Development Executive

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Salesperson to join our dynamic team at Smoker & Company LLC in Lancaster City, PA. As a Business Salesperson, you will be instrumental in driving sales and expanding our client base by effectively showcasing our suite of business solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our company offers an uncapped commission plan, medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K match, and team-building events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell our client businesses through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Creatively and professionally source new clients through thoughtful and targeted marketing and sales strategies
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring that client needs are met
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and meet revenue targets
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to identify potential sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials
- Attend industry events and networking functions to establish and grow professional connections
- Report on sales performance and provide detailed updates to management on a regular basis
