As a Neuro Physical Therapist, you will work with patients through the continuum of care, rotating through acute neuro, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient settings. You will have access to specialists in all areas of neuro, including brain injury, spinal cord injury, and complex seating.
As a member of our team, you will apply current knowledge, theory, evidence, and sound clinical judgment in patient management. You will work closely with patients, families, and other team members to provide efficient and effective individualized patient care. You will serve as an advocate and promoter of health, wellness, and fitness to all stakeholders, and as an educator and mentor for therapy students, peers, and other medical professionals. We prefer board certification in clinical specialty areas and/or advanced degrees in healthcare fields. Active participation within professional organizations is also preferred.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota as a Physical Therapist.
- Demonstrated skills in organization, communication, interpersonal relations, leadership, decision making, and problem solving.
