Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the effective operation of the Caregiver Citywide Services program.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach strategy, including digital marketing efforts.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 4-6 professionals, including MSW and BSW staff, through regular training and case discussions.
- Create and maintain a detailed resource database that outlines available benefits and services for clients.
- Design and implement training workshops aimed at supporting caregivers in their roles while promoting their health and well-being.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with satellite offices to enhance service delivery.
- Act as the primary representative for the caregiver program, engaging in community outreach and public representation.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the Senior Services Department to optimize resource utilization and program integration.
- Adhere to all internal and external deadlines.
- Be prepared to work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of working caregivers.
- Master's Degree in Social Work or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong clinical social work skills, including client engagement and assessment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven management capabilities.
- Familiarity with benefits and entitlements at the city, state, and federal levels.
- Ability to navigate public transportation and conduct home visits.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Capacity to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Salary range: $70,000-$75,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with generous vacation and sick leave policies.
