Clinical Solution Consultant - General Imaging Ultrasound

Job Description

In this role, you will make a significant impact by supporting Pre and Post Sales Clinical Applications for General Imaging. The General Imaging (GI) Ultrasound Clinical Solution Consultant will be a key liaison between Philips and our customers, representing the company and products while providing total solutions to customer needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a clinical liaison to General Imaging Ultrasound customers, working closely with Account Managers and local team members during multiple phases of the sales and implementation processes.
  • Assess customers' configuration requirements and education needs; plan and deliver equipment and application training; apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Schedule and perform demonstrations as required to support assigned geography and implement system installation customer training while completing required checklists.
  • Position yourself as a consultant to both internal and external customers, communicating regularly with local, zone, and management teams.
  • Generate leads, cover tradeshows as assigned, and effectively support installed base while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in ARDMS, with teaching/in-service experience, RVT, RDCS, OB/GYN, MSK, Breast, Pediatric, and AB registries preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge in General Imaging Ultrasound environment.
  • Ability to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
  • Collaborative, customer-centric, team-oriented, independent self-starter.
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 75%.
