Behavioral Health Specialist

About the Role:As a Behavioral Health Professional, you will work directly with children and young adults in home and community settings, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals. You will teach daily living skills, work closely with supervisors to learn new techniques, and collaborate with families to implement those techniques.
Responsibilities:- Teach daily living skills to children and young adults with a variety of behavioral and social needs
- Work closely with supervisors to learn techniques to help the client meet their goals
- Collaborate with families to help them use those techniques
- Flexible schedule - primary hours after school and on weekends

- GED, High School Diploma, Associates Degree
- Clean driving records and valid driver's license (minimum of 3 years)
- Motor vehicle insurance & registration
- Reliable transportation
We offer a competitive hourly rate, with a starting wage of $19.00 per hour for certified BHPs (negotiable with experience) and $18.50 for non-certified BHPs (with training provided at no cost). Additionally, we offer a $300 certification bonus for BHPs who already hold their certification.
