Since 1950, the veterinarians and staff of Gage Animal Hospital have dedicated themselves to excellence in small animal healthcare through extraordinary care and compassion for our patients and clients. Our reputation for excellence in small animal veterinary care extends throughout Northeast Kansas.

We are seeking a highly skilled reception and scheduling specialist to join our team. The successful applicant will possess excellent customer relations skills, computer proficiency, and extreme accuracy. Two Saturdays per month are required. A medical knowledge is an asset. N95 mask and face shield are mandatory. We encourage college students to apply.

The estimated salary for this position is $18-22 per hour, based on industry standards and location. This hourly wage translates to an annual salary of approximately $37,440-$45,760.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer multiple phone lines and schedule appointments.
  • Prepare and maintain medical charts and other hospital records.
  • Direct the flow of patients from curbside to hospital and return.
  • Compute and maintain individual billing records, collect payment, and balance financial stations at the end of the day.
