Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and answering customer questions.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
  • Upselling and suggestive selling to increase sales and meet sales goals.
  • Participating in visual merchandising and maintaining store displays.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old (21 in some states) and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • You must have excellent communication and math skills.
  • You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • You must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
