**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Field experience supporting various technologies and services.
  • Advanced technical skills, including solid troubleshooting abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other applications.
  • Ability to manage time and resources effectively in high-pressure situations.
