Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards.
  • Machine Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the dish machine to ensure it is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Trash Removal: Remove trash from the kitchen and dispose of it in the designated area.
  • Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishroom and surrounding areas.
  • Assistance: Assist other kitchen staff as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and carry dish racks weighing up to 40 pounds on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and move from area to area in the kitchen.
  • Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
