We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated BC Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Rutherford NJ. Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough health assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with staff nurses to facilitate care for walk-in patients
- Complete accurate documentation according to site-specific standards
- Participate in annual updates of joint practice protocols as per NJ Board of Nursing guidelines
- Prescribe or make judgments regarding pharmacologic agents and therapeutic devices
- Educate patients on pharmacological agents, therapeutic devices, laboratory or diagnostic testing
- Refer patients for specialty care as per program standards, protocol, or physician consultation
- Follow up on referrals according to site-specific standards
- Unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner from the State Board of Nurses for New Jersey
- Employee shall maintain registration including prescriptive authorization with the New Jersey Board of Medical Examiners
- Maintain Active CPR
