Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough health assessments, including history taking, data collection, and physical exams
  • Collaborate with staff nurses to facilitate care for walk-in patients
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently
  • Participate in annual updates of joint practice protocols
  • Prescribe and dispense medications, and educate patients on their use
  • Refer patients to specialty care as needed, and follow up on referrals
  • Maintain active licensure and registration with the New Jersey Board of Nurses
