Key Responsibilities:

• Caring: Adhere to all licensing regulations and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Engaged: Enhance your skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children, while effectively communicating with families.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or a related field.
• Ability to meet state educational requirements and center standards.
• Willingness to engage in physical activities with children indoors and outdoors.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation is based on position, education, and experience:

• Assistant Teacher: $16.30 - $22.80
• Teacher: $17.10 - $23.90
• Lead Teacher: $18.45 - $27.70
