About the Role

As a Shift Supervisor at Wendy's - Deters Co - Ft. Wright, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our restaurant team. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our crew during peak hours, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Operations Management: Manage food and labor costs, execute company policies and procedures, and monitor food inventory levels to optimize efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service, and meet and/or exceed both company and customer expectations.
  • Training and Development: Provide proper training for team members, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to ensure team success.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report directly to the Assistant Managers and General Manager, providing regular updates on team performance and suggesting improvements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma required.
  • Experience: One year of restaurant experience at a minimum.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English-speaking and writing skills.
  • Physical Demands: Willingness to work on your feet, neat, clean, and professional appearance, and able to lift 35 pounds to waist level.
  • Availability: Willing to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
