Home Dialysis Nurse

As a Home Dialysis Nurse with DaVita in Cambridge, MA, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive patient care in an independent setting. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and implementing complete care plans as you look at the whole patient.
Key Responsibilities- Provide education to patients on their dialysis options, empowering them to take ownership of their health.
- Train patients to administer their own dialysis, promoting independence and self-care.
- Build deep relationships with patients, support systems, and care partners, while working independently as a case manager.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current RN license in the state of practice.
- A minimum of 12 months of RN experience.
- An Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
