Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Assistant to join our team at USA Clinics Group. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our medical staff.

This is a part-time position, working Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday each week. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch patient care, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including greeting patients, escorting them to examination rooms, and assisting with completion of forms as needed.
  • Assist medical staff with various tasks, such as preparing patients for procedures, cleaning up after procedures, and ensuring procedure rooms are neat and ready for use.
  • Answer multiple-line and multiple-language telephone lines, schedule appointments, and accommodate patient appointment needs.
  • Perform clerical work, including copying, filing, faxing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Train new staff and assist ultrasound staff as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of relevant Medical Assistant experience required.
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA/CMA/RMA) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and strong computer skills.
