Job Summary: As a Medical Response Specialist at AbsoluteCARE Inc, you will play a vital role in providing medical care to our members in the comfort of their own homes. This position requires a highly skilled and compassionate individual who can work effectively in a team environment to assess and treat patients with complex medical needs.

Our team uses a value-based approach to healthcare, focusing on reducing unnecessary emergency department visits, prolonged hospital stays, and admissions to skilled nursing units. We achieve this by overcoming barriers such as access to prescription medication and transportation to primary care and specialist appointments.

As a Medical Response Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting in-home visits, assessing patients, and providing treatment as needed. You will also work closely with our physician and nurse practitioner teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Our team is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our patients, and we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-home visits to assess patients and provide treatment as needed
  • Work closely with physician and nurse practitioner teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the unique needs of our patients
  • Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure patients have access to necessary medications
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and self-care


Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited paramedic/EMT program
  • National registry certification (NREMT-B)
  • Licensed in State of practice
