Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tile Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.
Main Responsibilities:
* Proactively greet customers and provide them with a personalized shopping experience
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
* Conduct follow-up customer communication to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
* Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations through effective product knowledge and sales techniques
* Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers on the best solutions for their needs
* Track store orders and provide customers with product updates to ensure seamless purchasing experience
* Present yourself in a professional manner at all times, adhering to company standards and policies

* Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations
* Excellent people skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced, commission sales environment
* Open to learning and growing independently and from feedback
* Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
* Sense of Design: various styles, colors, and textures, with the ability to understand customer preferences and needs
* Basic mathematical and computer skills, with the ability to operate point-of-sale systems and manage inventory efficiently
* Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
