Appearance Standards:

Job Responsibilities
This role involves leading and managing the operations of the Constant Grind, ensuring that our Guests receive exceptional service in a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with supervisors and support staff to address daily operational needs and expectations.
- Coordinating dining room activities, managing costs, and fostering positive relations with Guests.
- Addressing Guest concerns and maintaining positive public and employee relations.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment within your area of responsibility.
Qualifications
- A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A background in the restaurant industry along with a minimum of two years of management experience is essential.
- Integrity, trustworthiness, and experience in cash handling are critical.
- Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to complete necessary paperwork is required.
- A positive attitude and dedication to the company's mission are essential for leading others.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
- Responsibilities are primarily performed in the back of house of the casino, which can be fast-paced and noisy. There may be occasions when you will need to be on the Casino Floor, where exposure to environmental factors such as secondhand smoke and noise is possible.
- While performing your duties, you will frequently stand, walk, use your hands, and may need to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception.
Native American Preference Policy:
In accordance with our Tribal Council policy, preference in hiring is given to Native Americans who meet job qualifications, followed by members of other federally recognized tribes.
Employment Process:
All candidates must successfully complete a background check to obtain gaming licensure before beginning employment. This may include credit checks, criminal background checks, and drug screenings.
