Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Resort Lifestyle Communities. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' apartments and common areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain resident apartments, patios/decks, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, peers, and the community through excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in housekeeping and customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, and to stand for long periods of time.
