Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Supervision: Direct and supervise a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of our facilities and equipment.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Equipment Maintenance: Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve maintenance-related problems in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field, or 5-8 years of relevant experience.
