Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.
  • Problem Solving: Utilize your skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with hand and power tools.
  • Familiarity with electrical meters and measuring devices.
  • Ability to read technical documents and work packages.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and management.
  • Knowledge of connecting motors, compressors, and controls.
  • Proficient in documenting work through strong reporting skills.
  • Leadership experience to mentor junior team members.
  • Ability to work independently as needed.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • EPA Universal Certification is a plus.
  • Five years of experience preferred.
  • Apprenticeship or military experience is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Must pass background checks for base access.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
