Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at one of our properties. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable experience at our bars and restaurants.

Responsibilities

  • Take orders from patrons and wait staff, preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are readily available.
  • Attractively display glasses and liquor bottles, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and submit orders for replenishment as needed.
  • Ensure that all customers are of legal drinking age and use proper judgment when serving patrons who may be intoxicated or disruptive.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using cash register software to manage sales and inventory.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of mixology and bartending techniques, with a focus on creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, handling difficult situations with professionalism and poise.
  • Physical stamina to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
