Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our Perioperative Team. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of surgical care to our patients. You will work closely with our surgical team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses, to prepare patients for surgery, maintain a sterile environment, and assist with surgical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for surgery by ensuring they are properly positioned and draped
  • Maintain a sterile environment by following proper aseptic techniques and protocols
  • Assist with surgical procedures by passing instruments and supplies to the surgical team
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the surgical team
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in Surgical Technology
  • Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA)
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist or in a related field
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
